First Journal Entry about stuff and first upload.

This is the first Journal entry. I just uploaded some picture from my trip to Grand Prix Madision. The trip took us 16 hours to get there on a one day drive there and back. Three day trip, but it was fun. However it was one of the most stressfull event i have been too because of how stupid i was.

Well the trip up there was a blast, it was long, but we stopped in omaha, NE for lunch at Tokyo Kitchen. My absolute favorite place to eat. So lunch was good and we did a bit of shopping before we left for the rest of the drive. It wasn't too bad except that we left Scottsbluff at midnight so that we could make it to madision at a decent hour after our fun stops in omaha. So of course it was a long trip and we were tired when we got there.

Well when we got there Linda and I went to the hotel to sign up for the tournament. When we got back to our hotel my brother informed me that both his deck and my deck weren't there. we searched everything only to find out that they got left at home. Thankfully all the binders were with us, so we were only missing about 25 cards in total out of 120. So we ended up going back to the tournament center so that we could find the cards to complete the 2 decks for the next days tournament. Thankfully we did so we went back to the hotel for some sleep.

The next day went well. We didn't do as well as we would have liked, but we had a lot of fun and the format was a blast. The first three pictures are of the event. Unfortunately our camera man was in round and trading so there isn't more pictures at the event.

The rest of the pictures were from dinner that night at the Gyzo of Tokyo. It was some of the best Japanese food i have ever had...Well except Tokyo Kitchen. However we decided to sit in the Private Tea House and have dinner. the Experience was so cool. It made our trip. Our waitress was really cute and we sat there forever. However it was quite expensive. The bill was $115 for 4 people. Oh well, it was fun.

The trip home was uneventful. I decided to actually get something up since i have been a lurker for so long, so here it is. I appreciate comments and stuff. I know it isn't artwork, i can't draw for the life of me, but i love looking at everyone elses. Anyway thanks for looking.
